Sage 100 Login Not The Main Focus Upon Startup – Possible Solution

August 1, 2012 by Wayne Schulz

Version(s):

4.x

Problem / Description:

After installing Sage 100 (new or upgrade) the user starts the application normally but notices focus is not on the login dialog box for Sage 100. This requires that the mouse click inside the box in order for the user to begin logging in.

Resolution:

One solution is to reportedly uninstall workstation setup and reinstall it. This solution may vary based on OS however it has been confirmed in at least one instance.
