Sage 100 ERP 2013 Workstation Error – Setup Has Failed (Resolution)

Have you attempted to install Sage 100 ERP 2013 workstation and received an error similar to the following:

Sage 100 ERP 2013 Workstation Setup has failed. If the problem persists please contact Product Support

The solution to this is commonly one of the following:

• Right click your workstation setup program and select “run as administrator”
• Install the prerequisites from the ..\mas90\wksetup\Prerequisites

VC 2005 SP1 Redist
VC 2010
DotNet 3.5

In some cases you may also run into an Error 1904 while installing Sage 100 ERP
