In order to process electronic filing for the tax year 2022 using Sage 100, your company will need to be on the following minimum release levels.

Accounts Payable Minimum Versions For 2022
To file form 1099s, you must be using one of the below versions of Sage 100 as well as apply the IRD ( Interim Release Download ), which includes updates for the 2022 tax filing season
- Sage 100 2022.0 – 2022.2 (7.10.0 – 7.10.2) plus IRD (Due: 12/15/2022)
- Sage 100 2021.3 – 2021.5 (7.00.3 – 7.00.5) plus IRD (Due: 12/15/2022)
- Sage 100 2020.5 – 2020.6 (6.20.5 – 6.20.6) plus IRD (Due: 12/15/2022)
Payroll Minimum Version for 2022
To file form W2 and related payroll tax forms – either printed or electronically – you must be on the following minimum payroll version.
Sage 100 Payroll 2.23.0 (Due: 12/15/2022)
Payroll Tax Update
Tax information is maintained in CLAD (Sage tax cloud), and system table changes will be pushed down via the Payroll Tax Update utility within the software.
Aatrix E-Filing for Sage 100
Sage 100 uses Aatrix for tax form printing and e-filing. Expect a year-end update to be released mid-December (before 12/20/22)
