SPS Mapadoc EDI for Sage 100 2022 is set for release on June 22, 2022. This update means users of MAPADOC EDI are eligible to upgrade to the latest version of Sage 100 provided that any other integrations are also available at the latest level.
According to SPS Commerce, the following new features are expected in the 2022 version of MAPADOC EDI:
Here is a sneak peek at what’s new:
Outbound Documents – Only Send for EDI Orders
A new Trading Partner setting enables users to mark which trading partners they want to send outbound documents for EDI Orders only. The functionality allows users to use the automatic document selection vs manual when non-EDI orders need to be skipped. This feature will save time and the potential for errors.
Edit Order Package & Label Data – Move Order to Different Batch
For those using batches, there is now a simple way to move an order from one batch to another. In Edit Order Package & Label Data, a button has been added next to the Batch number that will bring up a screen enabling an order to be moved from one batch to another. You no longer have to delete the order from the original batch and add it to the new one. The best part is you do not have to reprint your labels.
SFTP Support
Currently SFTP connections utilize a 3rd party FTP client that requires installation and management of another software solution. To resolve the issue, SFTP capability was added to the solution enabling issues to be presented to the user and corrected in real time
There is a webinar scheduled for June 22, 2022 to review the latest features.
