Sage just updated their Supported Platforms Matrix for Sage 100 v2015 to include Windows 10 (32 and 64-bit) compatibility. Previously this compatibility was listed as coming soon.
The Supported Platform Matrix shows all supported workstation, server and virtual environments under which Sage have certified Sage 100 accounting as compatible.

Compatibility charts are offered for the following versions:
- Sage 100 v4.5
- Sage 100 v2013
- Sage 100 v2014
- Sage 100 v2015
- Sage 100 v2016
