A weekend update appears to have upgraded the Sage 100 support knowledgebase so that you no longer need an account to search for technical support articles. As noted on the main page, you will need an account in order to download updates, save searches and subscribe to documents alerting you to future changes.

Sage have also narrowed the versions of Sage 100 that are supported online. Presently only versions 4.4 and higher are searchable for support related topics.
