Once your data is on Sage 100 Premium ( SQL ) data files, there is no utility with the Sage 100 program to move those files back to the Sage 100 Standard or Advanced ( Providex ) data files. Sage has an KB Entry 96603 – Can I upgrade (downgrade) from Sage 100 Premium to Sage 100 Standard or Advanced?.
However, there is a third-party solution which does allow for the migration of SQL data files back to Providex. This utility is available from DSD Business Systems as LMSN – LMSN SQL to Non-SQL Migration.
According to the DSD website, the utility is available for Sage 100 versions 4.50 through 2020.
