How To Resolve: Sage 100cloud Subscription Expiration Notice In Error

Have you received a notice that your Sage 100cloud subscription has expired yet you are certain that you still have time remaining before renewal is due?

Sage has issued the following notification regarding some sites where an expired subscription message might have been received as well as an email address to email for updated keys.

How To Resolve Sage 100cloud Expired Registration Keys Message

Some Sage 100 customers have been receiving messages that their Sage 100 cloud subscription or Sage 100 Payroll subscription has been expired in error.

We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. We have set up an email address where our partners and customers can contact us if they are receiving this message so that you do not need to call us during this busy season.

If you send an email to us at Sage100ProductKeys@sage.com and provide us with your name, Customer ID, version of Sage 100 you are using, and the best number to contact you, we will work to correct your subscription and notify you when it has been corrected.
