Accounts Payable

• 1099 Form Changes: New fields for First, Middle, and Last Name added in Vendor Maintenance for individual 1099s.

Inventory Requirements Planning (IRP)

• Explode Bill without Production Management: Allows explosion of bills without requiring integration with Production Management.
• Consolidate Demands: Combines multiple demands for the same item into a single work ticket or purchase order.
• Option to Explode Phantom Bills: A new checkbox in IRP Options allows explosion of components of phantom bills.

Production Management

• View Quantity Remaining: New column added to Materials Where-Used Inquiry to show remaining quantities.

Sales Order

• Apply General Ledger Account to Credit Memo: Choose to apply the sales account from history or the sales return account to credit memos.

What’s New in Version 2024.0

Global Changes

• Installation Change: Automatically detects the Windows version (32-bit or 64-bit) and defaults the Sage 100 install accordingly.
• Demo Data Refresh: Updated inventory items and descriptions in demo data with current industry terms.
• Extended Item Description Display: Enhanced control over the display of extended item descriptions in grids.

Accounts Payable

• Vendor Date Established: New field added to track the creation date of vendors.
• 1099 Form Enhancements: New fields added for tracking W-9 forms and taxpayer IDs for non-1099 vendors.

Inventory Management

• Delete and Change Warehouses Utilities: New utilities to delete or change warehouse codes.
• Switch Views in Lot/Serial Inquiry: A new button allows switching between different views in the Lot/Serial Inquiry.

Library Master

• Restricted Mode for Administrator Tasks: Limit user access during administrative tasks with a new restricted mode.
• Email Notifications for Task Scheduler: New option to send email notifications for task successes or failures.

Production Management

• Include Materials From Option: Added to Cost Roll-Up Register to determine if materials from bill, template, or both are included in cost calculation.

Purchase Order

• Quick Close of Partially Received POs: New option to close partially received POs with a single checkbox.
• Received Status for POs: New status added to correctly reflect the state of orders that have been received but not invoiced.

Sales Order

• Back Order Printing Options: New option to automatically reset print options for generated back orders.
• Ordered Quantity Display in Red: Option to display ordered quantities in red text when certain conditions are met.
