Supported Platforms for Sage 100 ERP
Prior to beginning any upgrade it is important that you print and review the appropriate document below. The charts show the operating systems, network systems and hardware configurations which Sage have certified for your particular version of Sage 100 ERP. These are the only supported configurations and operation of Sage 100 ERP on any platform not listed cannot be guaranteed and additional compatibility debugging is not part of your upgrade.
Important Note About Sage 100 ERP Upgrades From v4.30 To 2013 Using Windows XP Computers: Be aware that prior to upgrading your Sage 100 ERP v4.3 Windows XP workstations you must be on SP 3 and there are a number of .NET and C++ pre-requisites which must be installed to each individual workstation. This can be a time consuming process so please leave adequate time.

Tip: Sage supports only the current version and the immediate two prior versions (N-2) of Sage 100 ERP. It you are using a version not listed on the SPM (Supported Platforms Matrix) then you may be using an unsupported Sage 100 ERP version.
