Users of Sage 100 Payroll may occasionally need to reprint a W-2 form to replace one that has been lost by an employee.
In order to reprint the W-2 you should go to your Sage 100 Payroll, select the Period End menu, select Federal E-Filing and Reporting.
Scroll down the list of forms until you find “W-2 History”. Use this option to reprint W2 forms from history.
Note: You should ensure that your Sage 100 Payroll module has the E-Filing history retention set to the highest number of years (99) in the payroll setup option.
