Have you noticed your Sage 100 ERP screen has some fields which appear truncated?
In many cases this is due to either your font size being set to anything except “normal” or the DPI (Dot Pitch) being set to anything except “normal”.
Here’s how to check (and correct) both settings in Windows XP.
To check the font size in Windows XP:
To change your Window fonts
- Open Display in Control Panel.
- Click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Display.
- On the Appearance tab, in Font size, click a new font size (Select NORMAL).
To Check The DPI
- Click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Display.
- On the Settings tab, click Advanced.
- On the General tab, in the DPI setting list, click the dots per inch (dpi) setting you want to use (Select NORMAL SIZE 96 DPI).
