Reseller of Record Form

In order for Sage to change their records (and to communicate with us about your account) they require that a form be filed (Reseller of Record or ROR) that gives them permission to speak with us about your account.

This form may be revoked or refiled at any time.

Please note: Sage requires that you attach a copy of your company letterhead to the form when it is faxed to their offices.
